1. Then, we put the raw materials with qualified particle size into the hot air dryer and dry them until the moisture content is less than 10% of the dry raw materials. The drying temperature is generally around 140℃~300℃.
2. Forming stage of raw materials: Raw material rod making is completed in the rod making machine. There is a heating ring outside the forming sleeve of the rod making machine, which can raise the temperature of the forming sleeve to about 350℃. In order to ensure that the surface of the machine-made rod is smooth, dense and crack-free, we can choose the appropriate forming temperature according to the type and moisture content of the raw materials. Its height can only be determined through field tests. Generally speaking, we assume that the screw propeller is qualified and the moisture content of the raw materials is between 6% and 10%. Drying temperature: varies according to the shape of the material and the model of the heater, generally between 140℃ and 500℃; Material temperature: the length of the drying pipeline and the air volume distribution can be adjusted to control the material temperature, generally not exceeding 55℃ to 7℃.
3. Carbonization stage of raw materials: from the beginning of ignition, the carbonization furnace gradually heats the firewood sticks until the furnace temperature reaches 160 degrees. At this time, the water contained in the firewood sticks will evaporate, but the chemical composition of the firewood sticks will not change. The second step of carbonization will gradually begin. At this time, the furnace temperature rises from 160 degrees to 280 degrees. This temperature is generally the heat generated by the firewood sticks themselves. The wood begins to change. When the temperature rises to 300 degrees to 650 degrees, the charcoal sticks begin to decompose, and the charcoal slides into charcoal at high temperature. We must accurately control the temperature in these three stages to prevent the occurrence of burning and other phenomena. If it continues to heat to 800 degrees to 1000 degrees, the graphite structure in the charcoal will increase and the conductivity will also increase.
