The new Charcoal machine equipment consists of a rod making machine and a carbonization furnace. If the raw material is large, a crusher is equipped. If the raw material has too much moisture, a dryer is required. This equipment crushes the raw material into particles within 10mm, dries or cools it to make the moisture content within 12%, puts it into the rod making machine with high temperature and high pressure to shape it (without any additives), and then puts it into the carbonization furnace for carbonization to make the finished charcoal.
The purpose of the crusher is nothing more than crushing materials, so what kind of raw materials need to be equipped with a crusher?
1. Choose according to the crushed raw materials
For crushing grain feed, you can choose a hammer mill with top feeding; for crushing bran, cereal and wheat feed, you can choose a claw mill; if you require good versatility, such as crushing grains, taking into account cakes, cereals and straw, you can choose a tangential feeding hammer mill; for crushing mineral feeds such as shells, you can choose a shell screenless crusher; if it is used as a pre-treatment of premixed feed, the product is required to be very fine and can be adjusted according to needs, a special screenless crusher should be selected.
2. Choose according to the matching power
The power kilowatts of the matching motor of the crusher are contained in the machine manual and nameplate. It often indicates not a fixed number, but a certain range. There are two reasons: First, the power required for crushing different raw materials is quite different. For example, under the same working conditions, the power of crushing sorghum is twice as large as that of crushing corn. Second, when different sieve holes are used, the load of the crusher has a great impact.
3. Choose according to the discharge method
The crushed finished product is discharged through the discharge device in three ways: self-weight discharge, negative pressure suction and mechanical conveying. Small single machines mostly use self-weight discharge to simplify the structure. Most medium-sized crushers are equipped with negative pressure suction devices. The advantage is that it can absorb the moisture of the finished product, reduce the humidity in the finished product, facilitate storage, increase the crushing efficiency by 10-15%, and reduce the dust in the crushing chamber.
4. Choose according to dust and noise
The dust and noise in feed processing mainly come from the crusher. These two sanitation indicators should be fully considered when selecting. If a crusher with high noise and dust is selected, silencing and dust prevention measures should be taken to improve the working environment and benefit the health of the operator.
