At this time, the surface of the mechanism stick is gradually carbonized and carbon elements are produced, but because the mechanism stick has a certain thickness, the center is not completely carbonized; the third stage is the transformation process from mechanism stick to mechanism charcoal. At this time, the mechanism sticks in the carbonization furnace are completely carbonized, decomposed and burned under the action of high-temperature combustion, so that the temperature in the carbonization furnace is raised to five or six hundred degrees Celsius. After the carbonization furnace is turned off and cooled, the mechanism charcoal is produced. The working process of the carbonization furnace is actually a physical and chemical reaction that takes place inside the carbonization furnace equipment.
